What you are looking at is the corner of this painting in its unfinished stage and sitting on a well-used easel. It was inspired by the triathlete people I had discovered a few years back.

With a bit of luck, this painting (in its finished form) will soon be on public display for the next two months. I'll fill you in on details as they arrive.

Chicago Carp

This image was inspired by the threat of Asian Carp invading lake Michigan. I also put him on a fixed gear bicycle and gave him a pair of knee-high socks.

This fish was a serious test of my scaling abilities.

This was a fun commission.

What you see here is an unfinished fraction of one painting (and I shot it with my cell phone as added copywrite protection). This one was inspired by Rock-Band, friends and fish.

Turning your door into a work of mod-art

This door had at least several coats of white paint on it before I transformed it into what it is today. It took me about 8 hours to strip the door of all its paint. Then another 8 hours or so to complete the painting process.

Cthulhu on a Bicycle

I had recently been in touch with a long-time friend who had just made the cutest Cthulhu out of balloons. You can find a pic of the little bugger here: BalloonBiker.

That adorable creature (though made from balloons and sitting in a bathtub) maintained a look as though it could still eat your soul. Thus spawned my inspiration for the fellow you see here.

I was fascinated with the idea that nobody really knew what this placoderm looked like. This is because the only part of this prehistoric creature to have survived in fossil records is its scull. This painting is not for sale due to the fact that my engagement ring was fashioned from this picture.

The actual process of reconstructing this prehistoric creature required a study of it's scull. taking a trip to the museum, and studying reconstructions by other artists/scientist to get a better idea of what it must have looked like.
